Our techniques are extremely sustainable. They don’t require concrete, can use recycled materials and there is little or no bore spoil produced during installation.  This reduces lorry movements and avoids additional costs for handling and the disposal of potentially contaminated soils. With smaller rigs and quicker project times, energy use is also much lower than general piling methods.
Additionally in recent years, we have seen an increase in Brownfield site development. The common problems encountered include weak soils, contaminated land, groundwater and weak load bearing capacities.  As a result, developers find the land impossible to develop and therefore need to find a cost effective, but efficient and sustainable ground improvement solution to make the ground suitable for construction.
